You must be over 18 to enter this prize draw and only one entry per company can be accepted. If you have previously registered with HHB Office Solutions, you cannot enter this prize draw.

By participating in the prize draw and submitting information, respondents are agreeing to receive marketing offers from HHB Group Ltd and its partners.

The closing date for the prize draw is 30/04/2007. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late entries. Proof of sending email or postcard is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry can not be accepted if all details are not provided.

The prize is the use of a two bedroomed apartment with communal pool & bar for one week on a date of your choice, close to the resort of Golden Sands, Bulgaria.  This prize includes flights for two adults & one child and return transfers to the resort from Varna airport.  Maximum number of people within the apartment is 5, we regret that we are unable to accept single sex parties.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize draw winners are selected randomly within 7 working days of the survey close date, unless specified otherwise in the individual survey.

Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.

The prize is not transferable for cash unless this option is offered as an alternative.

Prizes will be delivered to the address held on the registration page for the prize draw winner unless otherwise requested.

Prizes images are merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize offer.

Prizes can only be dispatched on confirmation of receipt of notification from the winner, who will be asked to confirm their postal address.

Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability an alternative prize of similar value and specification will be substituted.

All prizes must be claimed within 45 days unless otherwise stated. Thereafter the prize claim will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another prize draw.

HHB Group Ltd reserves the right to redraw the prize draw winner if contact with the original winner cannot be made.

Winners agree to grant HHB Group Ltd or any agency connected with the prize draw the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

The prize draw shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
